I made a cargo net for my Rad Wagon 4.  I tried attaching/uploading the pictures but they got rejected.  So I am embedding via Google Photos which might be temporary.  Let me know what you think :)

Cheers!

Holy hand weave Batman! That's really cool....

Biggest bottle holders I've ever seen - you must get really thirsty on rides.

Nice work!
Shucks Ma'am, I'm no "Hero Member", I just like to wear this cape.

That's very nice. Well done!

Is your net self tied? Like macrame? How do you open it up to put stuff in or take it out? I have a RW4 so I'm very interested in learning more. I used a fabric net as a "storage pouch" for the rear compartment on my kayak and that's what I thought your net was originally. It looks more custom made though.

Yeah man, big bikes = big thirst. A cardboard to-go cup carrier fits under the seat.  One could carry a couple of large sodas or some coffee that way.

Yes, the net is self tied.  Sure, like macrame.  It's more or less a diamond mesh made with wall knots.

There's no other openings. I just stuff things in under the seat.  So far I've just been stuffing in an extra jacket or my kids lunch box (sometimes both) or coffee as mentioned :)

I like that cargo net a lot. It looks like you put the controller on the underside of mounting plate. Is that what you did in order to get it out of the way for the net and the added cargo when it's used?

dittyjamz

Yep exactly. The controller is mounted upside down to create space. I had to find some longer bolts to make it work.  The bolts slide down from the top, through the polycarbonate plate, through the bike frame and thread into the controller. The plate gives some protection from the rain as well as help with the shape of the net.
