Both my mini st are arriving Monday... what are your "must have" and " nice to have" accessories.

Thinking rear rack, cup holder, tire repair kit, some tools.... Want the bike to be very versatile for casual rides, long rides, and to carry fishing pole and tackle box

Improved seat:
Sunlite Cloud-9 Bicycle Suspension Cruiser Saddle, Cruiser Gel, Tri-color Black https://amzn.to/3skta1c

Flatout much better than slime,, the big boat CSTs that now come stock are very thin and even just a plain old sand burr sticker has caused me flats otoss in one more thing n both tires.  Here is a video show how good this stuff is:

Helmet, the Sena Blutooth intercom is fabulous no more yelling g between the wife and on to hear or be heard.  I ordered mine directly from Sena but can also get them at Amazon. Sena M1 / M1 EVO Smart Communications Mountain Bike Helmets https://amzn.to/3hetgB1

Since you mention fishing I'll toss in one more set of upgrades.  Search shinko sr244 or sr241 in the Rad mini FB group.  These are motor cycle tire that fit the mini and I have them for both my bikes...just have not had the time to put them on but several others have. I also got corresponding motor cycle tubes.

I just ordered a Mini and can't wait to get it. I'm going car-less for awhile and will use the bike to get me to work and run errands, as well as some pleasure riding. I ordered several items:

Sunlight Cloud 9 seat
https://amzn.to/3M4TrbU

Ibera bike rack
https://amzn.to/3tb1viq

Ibera bike panniers
https://amzn.to/3Ifn8Vb

Ibera trunk bag
https://amzn.to/3shy675

Handlebar mirror
https://amzn.to/3hjVhaB

Victgoal bike helmet
https://amzn.to/33OUET9

The rack and bags were "must haves" for storage. The seat was a "must have" after test riding several Rad Power bikes.  ;D The mirror was a "nice to have" but I'm into safety. I work nights so I'll be riding a lot at night and will likely add more lights to the bike.

Mr. Tuffy and/or Tannus liners, especially on the rear tire.

Quality lock. I like Foldy Locks.

Bottle holder(s).

Extra blinky light for the rear if riding in dark.

Rear rack for bag, basket or trunk. I use SHAD motorcycle trunks.

Helmet that you will wear. Trust me on this!

Seat and suspension post. I have a fragile booty.

Cap to cover the battery terminal when the battery is removed.

I carry the supplied tool kit but added a better wrench for rear wheel removal.

Enjoy your new Rads!

Veggyhed

Tannus Armor tire liners with flat out in the tubes

Front light. Don't buy the upgraded light from Rad.

Torque wrench to put the bikes together and to maintain the bikes.

Good set of Allen keys

Chain lube

Seat that supports your sit bones, adjustable stem for better handlebar position and mirror.

Cell phone with an app for a ride-hailing service that has worked at least once (registered for the app and used it once), some cash like $100, and a credit card.  Sounds trite but I think it is serious.  If I get into trouble, that is how I plan to get home.

I've commuted by bike for many years.  Crashed 2-3 times and in each case, a repair kit would not have saved me.  Other times, I had flats.  Front derailleur fell off.  Rear derailleur bent.  But each time, I just bend things back or threw the part away.  Minor crash so brakes rub - just disconnect the brake cable.  Minor crash so tires rub - do the best you can, disconnect the brake and try to center the wheel.  What I mean to say is, a full repair kit is not necessary.  Probably only a tire repair kit is needed.
