2019 Rad City Turns Off and Shuts Down Immediately

Hi all,

Looking for some help with a 2019 Rad City bike that I recently purchased.

Symptom: When the MODE button is depressed, the screen flashes on briefly, then immediately (1s or less) turn off and goes blank.

The bike came with the original Rad Power power supply, a second replacement Rad Power supply, the original Rad Power display, a second wiring harness, and an aftermarket Bolton power supply and display.

- I have tried every combination of power supply with display, and all have the same symptom.
- I have tried using the spare wiring harness and original in the bike, same result.
- When I am testing, I have tried with all other devices unplugged (PAS sensor, lights, brake switches, headlight) with same result.
- I have looked at the battery terminal, no signs of any damage or overheating. I have backprobed and checked the voltage when turning on and it stays stable at 52V. One interesting note is that when I check the voltage with multimeter with key switched off, it reads around 25V, however I saw on another post this might be normal due to current leakage across the key switch terminals but draw itself is very low.

I am not sure what to look at next. Any advice or thoughts are appreciated!
