Nevermind. It suddenly started working again. I replaced the broken wire and waited a few extra days. Last friday i tried and the bike started working again! Jeej! I will buy a new controller from Area 13, because i dont trust the controller anymore at this point.

Oh and btw, without the taillight wire the bike still works, so i call it BS.  ;)

Quote from: WK1966 on June 20, 2025, 05:14:33 AMI have the exactly the same problem. I have the EU version of the bike. Have tried al the suggestions, nothing is the solution.

Does anybody know how to enter the service menu for the RadRhino 6 plus = radrover 6+ in the US.

Did you find a solution yet? Same issue here with EU version

Service & Repair / RadRhino 6+ no throttle or pedal assist
September 01, 2025, 04:20:33 AM
I'm reaching out regarding an issue with my RadRhino 6 Plus (EU model), which I've owned since December 2022.

Suddenly, my bike has lost all drive functionality—neither the throttle nor pedal assist is working. After some online research, I suspected the brake sensors might be the cause, so I disconnected both. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the issue (though I'm unsure if software safety features might prevent this from working).

I did notice a broken wire underneath the crank area, which I believe is for the rear light. I repaired the cable, and the rear light is now functioning again, but the bike still has no drive. The display and lights are working without any issues.

I did read the following (second comment on this page: https://www.radowners.com/index.php?topic=9224.0). Somebody mentioned:  Also, if the headlight or taillight is connected badly, wrong, or corroded or something, the bike won't work.. Is that true? If so, maybe its possible that the cable is still broken(?)

Thank you for the help!

ps: when i get home i'll take a picture of the broken cable
