I looked at the specks and also read as much as I could but I am not able to decipher if the Topeak MTX BEAMRACK (A-TYPE) : https://www.topeak.com/us/en/products/249-MTB-BeamRacks/135-MTX-BEAMRACK-(A-TYPE) will fit a Rad Expand bike - still trying to see if I can make the MTX system work for me for quick rel.

These style rack mount the seat post. Your Xpand has a 27.2 diameter seat post which is within the Topeaks 25.4 to 31.8 clamp range. Y ou may have to use 1 of the included shims.

I don't think it will work as a seat post clamp replacement though if that's what your after.

I noticed your link is to a rack for small and extra small frame.  Which fits me just fine.  But it probably means the rack is designed to mount close to the lowest point of a small frame and sticks up high to clear the rear wheel.  Just pointing it out.
