Words that I never thought I'd type! Rad is pursuing a court-supervised sale of substantially all of its assets on a free and clear basis. The proposed bid deadline is Jan 16, 2026 so hopefully it won't be long to see where the company lands. Here's a wild stat, the company has 680,000 riders which means a lot of us will be needing support. I hope whoever takes the company over can continue to provide replacement parts while bringing some fresh ebikes under the Rad name.
