Rad rover 2 throttle not working after replacing harness

I have a rad rover 2 and would not turn on, found a broken wire in the harness and replaced with a new one. Everything works on the bike after replacing harness except I have no throttle,does anyone know if I to reset something for this to work? I tried several ways to see if I can reboot it but no luck, any help would be greatly appreciated before I try to contact Rad technical, Thanks in advance, Tom
