General Chat / 2019 roadrunner cargo
Last post by Henry - April 08, 2026, 06:50:58 PM
I recently acquired a 2019 roadrunner utility bike. It does not have a digital display. My question is,  is there any way to change the settings to get more than 20mph. It's 750watt motor so I'm sure there is enough power there. Anyone?

Service & Repair / The Addictive Simplicity of St...

Store management games are a curious breed. They often involve repetitive actions and seemingly simple goals, yet they can be incredibly engaging and even strangely relaxing. Today, we're going to explore this genre through the lens of a truly unique example: Cookie Clicker . Don't let the name fool you, it's a masterclass in incremental progression and the oddly satisfying pursuit of... well, more cookies!

Gameplay: From Single Click to Infinite Bakery

At its core, Cookie Clicker is astonishingly simple. You start with a single cookie on the screen and click it. That's it. One click, one cookie. But this initial act spawns an ever-growing web of possibilities. With your first few cookies, you can purchase buildings like "Cursors" which automatically click the cookie for you. Suddenly, you're not just manually clicking, you're investing in automation!

The game progressively layers on more and more buildings, each producing cookies at an increasing rate. Grandmas, Farms, Factories, Mines, and Temples are just a few of the options you'll unlock. As you accrue more cookies, you can purchase upgrades that boost the efficiency of your buildings, unlocking even more advanced options.

The beauty of Cookie Clicker lies in its incremental nature. Small, frequent rewards keep you engaged, constantly pushing you to reach the next milestone. You might initially aim for 100 cookies, then 1,000, then 1 million, and before you know it, you're talking about quintillions. The game is designed to keep you coming back, even for just a few minutes, to reap the rewards of your accumulated cookie-making power.

Tips for Maximizing Your Cookie Empire

While Cookie Clicker is fundamentally straightforward, there are a few strategies you can employ to optimize your cookie production:

Golden Cookies: These randomly appear on the screen and offer significant boosts to your cookie production for a short period. Click them whenever you see them! They can be game-changers.
Upgrades over Buildings (Initially): In the early game, focus on buying upgrades that boost your existing buildings before expanding with new ones. The increased efficiency will often provide a better return on investment.
Read the Descriptions: Pay close attention to the descriptions of buildings and upgrades. They often contain hints about optimal strategies and future unlockables.
Prestige System (Ascension): Eventually, you'll hit a point where progress slows down. That's where the Ascension system comes in. By "resetting" your game and earning "Heavenly Chips," you can gain permanent bonuses in subsequent playthroughs, allowing you to reach even greater heights of cookie production.
Experiment! Cookie Clicker encourages experimentation. Try different upgrade and building combinations to discover what works best for your play style. There's no single "right" way to play.
Conclusion: The Enduring Appeal of Simple Progression

Cookie Clicker might seem like a simple game, but its underlying mechanics tap into a deep-seated human desire for progress and achievement. It's a surprisingly addictive and strangely satisfying experience that demonstrates how even the most basic gameplay loop can be incredibly compelling. Whether you're looking for a casual time-waster or a deep dive into incremental game mechanics, Cookie Clicker offers something for everyone. So, go ahead, give it a click! You might just find yourself building a cookie empire before you know it.

We have two Rad Mini 2, that we use when Camping. Generally speaking we have been very pleased with them. When we purchased them in 2021, we also considered the "lectric Foldable Model" but bought the Rad because of the Removable Battery Feature and because of the Fit/Finish was, in our opinion better. In addition we thought the Rad Company has a better reputation?
Although we are not particularly Happy with the overall situation, i.e. the Bankruptcy/Battery issue, there is not much we can do about it at this point in time. Because both of our Bikes have the questionable Batteries, we have elected to replace them with new Batteries Kits, that include the Batt/Mounting Plate/Charger, at a cost of around $350.00 each. The "Resale Value of Rad Bikes" is going to be impacted in a Big Way without the Batteries being replaced, IMHO. We bought them from "Electro Bike World,"  although I wish I did more HomeWork before I made this decision. The reason is 1-Battery not UL Listed, 2- Battery On/Off switch not controlled by the Key Switch. I assume there are better alternatives. BTW, the job on a scale of 1-10, is a 5.

Quote from: philly on March 27, 2026, 03:10:17 AMHi All,
I have just joined the forum as I am helping out a friend to get his radmission bike up and running again. I am in the electronic repairs business for 40 years so I get call upon when people cannot get stuff looked at.
His bike is lifeless with no led display on handlebar mode selector. I have confirmed that one of the connections between the controller and the mode selector (+) is open circuit, with no visable external damage, so a replacement harness is required. The web is full of harnesses available from China which look similar. No site mentions compatible with rad power. Are the pin connections an industry standard or do different manufacturers use their own pin layout. Maybe someone can point me in the direction of a spares supplier for the Rad Power bikes.
