Is anyone else having trouble with the Radster trail? very poor performance as compared to the Radcity 5, I have to ride the radster trail in level 5 to be even close to the radcity in level 3, the help desk says its due to the Torque sensor difference from the Cadence sensor..... but the bike still sucks, when I try to achieve more PAS to climb a hill or fight a headwind the bike won't produce enough watts on its own I have to use the throttle.
I have been very happy with my Radcity 5 in fact I have just passed 6000 miles, very fun to ride, the Radster trail is just slow and heavy unless I'm pedaling as hard as I can, but that's not why I ride a e-bike

Does anyone have any suggestions? rad service says there is no fixing the power output or PAS level due to the Torque sensor

I have a radcity 5 plus and for some reason the headlight came on while the bike was off and now I get no power to the motor either throttle os PAS, everything looks normal, rad sent a new wiring harness and remote but no change. the headlight is not on all the time now

Anyone have any thoughts?

I own a Radcity 5 Plus with 5300 Miles, Its been a great bike but my forks and bearings are just plain worn out I think, as well as at least one good crash

Has anyone else had issues with the Battery mount plate causing powerless to the motor and PAS?

I had the same issues with the Nutt Brakes, I switched to Zoom HB876E 2-PIN/3-PIN 4-Piston brakes. I purchased the set on Amazon for a little over $100 and that included new 180mm Rotors, I've had great luck with these and were simple to install, Pay attention to the brake line length, 2 lengths are available and the longer size fits the RadCity 5

I am experiencing intermittent power loss of the motor, symptoms are the bike runs great for a few miles then then the motor stops responding, All lights and controller still powered up but the throttle os Power assist do not work.
  I tried disconnecting the brake connections with no change, tried checking all electrical connections good but if I disconnect the Battery then reconnect the battery the motor starts working again although now it happens frequently
My bike does have a few miles (3400) and other than that the bike runs great

Does anyone else have this problem and do you think its the Controller or the Motor?

This is how to replace a fuse on the Semi-Integrated Battery pack on Rad city 5,
Note, You need to open both ends and slide the battery forward slightly to access the fuse but this actually works

I can find the "Nutt" brand name on the lever/reservoir but no brand name on the Caliper, I was able to buy Shimano sized pads but the had to be ground down on the edges to fit properly, they do work but I'd still like to find the correct size, I have two Radcity 5's

I have not had any luck from Rad Chat line, just generic preprogrammed responses

I have a Radcity 5 and am looking for replacement Brake Pads, any suggestions on finding the correct ones?
I have tried generic pads from Bay and also getting Brake Pads and Information from Rad and can't get a answer
