Recently, the throttle stopped working while others look normal, so I contacted customer service and replaced the controller myself.

Immediately after the replacement, the throttle seemed to work for a few seconds, but soon the battery level dropped back to one bar and stopped functioning.

The power turned off, and when I tried to turn it back on, I heard a small spark-like sound coming from the battery about once or twice per second while the battery level on the left controller dropped to 1 and blinking. So for now, I've disconnected and removed the battery. Anyone experienced similar issues?

I have same issue with my Radrover 6 Plus from yesterday. Throttle/PSA quitted mid ride.

1. I've noticed that the brake light sometimes stays on even when I release the brake pedal. I adjusted the brake, and I also tested it after disconnecting the brake cables, but the issue persists.

2. After disconnecting the throttle cable, I turned on the engine, but the PAS still didn't work.

3. No error on display. I could see an error code when disconnecting the thick cable that connected to the motor near the rear wheel.

Any recommendation?

Hello, I just got a Radrover 6 Plus last week and it happened twice while I was riding.

I came to a stop for a break after 1 hour of riding. When I tried to throttle after a short break, the throttle didn't work. What I noticed was the battery level on Rad UI panel was only one and was blinking. At that time, the battery level on the battery was about 75%~80%.

I tried several times to turn it on and off, but it didn't work. I tried pulling and putting the battery, unplugging and reconnecting the connectors, as I did the first day, but it didn't work as well.

I had to pedal for about 10 miles. The battery level on Rad UI panel had increased little by little, but the throttle still didn't work. The battery level reset to 1 when I turned off and on again.

I totally gave up and took a break while thinking about how to return. When I started to go, it suddenly worked. It suddenly worked after 45 mins it stopped.

Anyone who suffers from this problem?

What I suspect is it's because I charged the battery with it in the bike.

I worry if it happened again when I have to go back far from home.
