This version has two ceramic surface mount fuses that are soldered onto the BMS boards.
Since both fuses checked good I suspected a bad solder joint so I removed each and resoldered.
Both show continuity to the BMS board.
I checked the charging fuse all the way to the charging port (should have done that first) and it was all okay.
Well, that leaves the BMS boards as something needing to be replaced.
If any of you have a source for whatever BMS boards are used can you please share?
People are rebuilding these so something is available somewhere, right?

Ever find a solution? .. My battery was zonked out this morning, after charging it to 80% just two days ago .. very disappointed had a big ride planned today.

The battery worked fine last summer, charging and all. The battery was stored indoors for winter, half charged. Checked it out occasionally during the winter, showed half charged every time.

Took it out today, checked it, nothing, no lights whatsoever when pressing the button on the charger.

Plugged it in to charge it, charger showing green light and the battery shows nothing while plugged in to the charger.

Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated.

I guess what's bugging me the most, is why the battery meter isn't showing any power at all. At Christmas time, my battery was showing half full.

I have this exact same issue .. No fuses available on this battery model .. Can it be fixed?
