Hey everyone,

I wanted to share something that may fit well here, especially for anyone who enjoys planning group rides or discovering new places to ride with friends.

My new book, Ride America: The BEST e-Bike Trails Coast to Coast, is now live on Amazon. I created it as a guide for riders, families, travelers, and groups looking for scenic, ride-worthy e-bike trails across the country.

A lot of us are always looking for that next great route. Something fun, accessible, scenic, and worth turning into a shared ride. That was one of the reasons I put this book together. It is meant to help people find trails that could become weekend rides, travel stops, club outings, family adventures, or even bucket-list group rides.

If your group is looking for fresh ride ideas or you just want inspiration for future e-bike adventures, I'd be honored if you checked it out.

I'd also love to hear from the group: what is one trail you think would make an amazing e-bike group ride?

Hey Roaming Radrunner 👋

That was such a beautiful ride through the Green Canyon! I really enjoyed watching your video — it's great to see you out there exploring and showing what these Rad bikes can really do. Colorado's got a ton of similar scenery, and your vlog totally captures why e-bikes are such a game-changer for adventure riding.

If you ever find yourself in Colorado (or just want to connect with other Rad riders out here), I'm organizing a group ride and storytelling adventure soon — a free community event open to all Rad Power Bike owners. It's a relaxed ride through Morrison, Bear Creek, and Red Rocks, filled with local legends and ghost stories.

We'd love to have you join us sometime, or even collaborate on a future vlog! 🚴♂️⚡

Hey Rad friends 👋

MacClain here — fellow Rad Power Bike rider and founder of Radventurers CO, the world's first storytelling-focused e-bike adventure company based right here in Colorado!

This fall, I'm organizing a free group ride exclusively for Rad Power Bike owners and local riders. The goal is to connect, explore, and have some fun on our Rads while uncovering a few of Colorado's hidden legends and scenic gems.

📅 Event Details

When: TBD (likely a weekend in November — gauging interest!)
Where: Morrison → Bear Creek → Red Rocks loop (beginner-friendly & scenic)
Who: All Bike riders welcome — Class 2 friendly!

We'll meet for a relaxed 10–12 mile ride through Morrison and Bear Creek Lake Park — a local favorite with great views and easy terrain. Along the way, I'll share some of the ghost stories and mining legends featured in my storytelling tours.

After the ride, we'll grab coffee and hang out to talk shop, mods, accessories, and trail tips.

Group Rides / Re: I am a RADdict.
November 07, 2025, 06:12:28 AM
Haha love this, Dave — welcome to the club! Once the RADdiction hits there's no going back 😄. I'm out in Colorado, but I totally get that feeling — every time I tell myself "just a quick spin," it somehow turns into a full-blown adventure.

The RADRover 6 Plus and Mini Step-Thru are an awesome combo for couples. I've been riding and running guided e-bike tours for a while now, and it still amazes me how these bikes change how people explore their cities. Tucson's Loop sounds like the perfect route — smooth, scenic, and fast enough to let that motor stretch its legs.

If you and your wife ever make it up this way, check out some of our storytelling e-bike adventures:

Or peek at our Denver ride guide for route ideas you might be able to adapt locally:

Keep spreading that RAD energy — the more of us out there, the better the rides get! 🚴♂️⚡

Group Rides / Re: A different kind of group ride
November 07, 2025, 06:11:04 AM
Haha that sounds like an absolute blast! I love how you just rolled up with the RadMini and held your own against all those gas mopeds. Honestly, moments like that are what make mixed rides so fun — everyone gets to see how far e-bikes have come in terms of performance and reliability.

I've taken my fleet of Rad Power Bikes on a few group rides around the Denver area, and it's always a conversation starter. The torque curve and battery management on these bikes surprise a lot of traditional riders once they see what they can do in real-world conditions. That 35 mph cruise you mentioned is impressive — especially with solid watt efficiency.

If anyone here wants to try longer-range setups or see what Rad models can do on Colorado trails, we run storytelling-style e-bike tours and demos. You can check them out here:

We just put together a short Denver guide that might give you some ideas for fun, mixed-terrain routes:

Keep pushing those limits — love seeing more Rad riders representing in group rides like that! 🙌

Hey RadOwners — thought I'd share a couple shots of our Rad fleet in action from last weekend's group ride. We run guided storytelling e-bike tours around Denver / Highlands Ranch and those routes were absolutely stacked: soft singletrack for beginners, scenic canyon views, and easy gravel connectors for families.

Quick setup notes in case anyone's curious: we run Rad Power Bike models with 750W hub motors, 52V batteries, and run 2.4" tires for better puncture resistance on mixed surfaces. We also carry a small parts kit and a pump in the pannier; swap time is usually under 12 minutes. If you want gear specifics or a quick how-to on the fleet setup I'll post a parts list and service tips.

If anyone wants to try a demo or swap route ideas, hit me up — happy to share trails and tips. More info / booking here:
