Are there any rad 3 step threw hacks to get more top speed?

I was wondering if there are any firmware hacks or anything like that on the red three step through what I'm looking for is more top speed. If anyone knows what I would need to do for to get it to make it faster please let me know thank you

I'm not certain this works with the RadCity 3, but on other Rad bikes you hold the up and down buttons on the handlebar controls, and wait for the menu. From there you go to speed settings, and change it to the upper limit of 40kph (which equals 24.8mph).
