One of the concerns I had when we bought our Rad Wagon was warranty and repair. Before we purchased I did a lot of reading of those who had to work with Rad for a warranty repair and they were all positive experiences. Over the summer I was going through the bike and noticed one of the bolts attaching the rear disc brake to the motor wouldn't tighten. Since it screws directly into the motor there isn't anything you can do outside of replacing the entire wheel. I contacted Rad who asked for a video which I sent along. They promptly sent me a replacement wheel under warranty.
Spring 2019 we'll be coming up on the one year mark which means anything else that goes wrong will be out of pocket, but the nice thing is that I'll be able to purchase any individual parts. Still cheaper than car ownership!
I had a similar experience. Really appreciate Rad Power's commitment to the warranty.
