Looking to upgrade the seat post to a Cane Creek Thudbuster ST Suspension Seatpost 31.6 (Newest Version). What is the size needed for the Rad Rover?

You need to make sure you get a width of 27.2 mm. I have a few different options on my accessories list: https://www.radowners.com/index.php/topic,104.0.html (https://www.radowners.com/index.php/topic,104.0.html)

The Suntour and the Thudbuster are the ones many people go with but there are a couple cheaper options. Let us know what you end up going with.
