Sooo has anyone upgraded their 2018 RadWagon's front fork to a suspension one?

I believe I have read it's a 1 1/8 x 255mm straight no thread fork. The tires are 26" x 2.3" but I cannot find the axel specs....

Don't need a lot of travel, just smooth out ride a bit more than my suspension seat is doing now.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

Here's what Santa brought me to add to my tool kit I carry on my RadWagon:

Well Santa delivered two upgrade kits, one for my wife's RadWagon  and one for mine.

We have the 2018 RadWagons.  Wondering is anyone else has done the same upgrade and found the best settings for this setup.  As you will note, the kit was originally for the RadRover and the RadWagon has a direct drive motor.  I have not installed mine yet.  The site and emails from Bolton Bikes say they know others have successfully used the upgrade on their RadWagons. So, before I install it I was hoping to save some time of someone has figured out the motor settings.....

I have a 2018 RadWagon with a set of Cargo Bags.  I want to carry a couple of extra batteries with me for long rides, yet I can't see just tossing them into one of the Cargo Bags unprotected.

I was hoping for some kind of Neoprene wrap or a bag of some sort that I would but each into and turn into the Cargo Bag...

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Rich
