General Chat / Battery Storage
October 31, 2020, 11:51:30 AM
Living in Pennsylvania my biking days are running out. I have a Rad City and was wondering what is the best way to store the battery during the winter. Everything will be inside.  Thanks

I was looking for an ABUS RadCity bike locck that was out of stock. I put in my email for notification. I did receive an email when they were in stock.

I chose the ST because of the ease of getting on & off the bike. I'm an older rider & swinging my leg up & over is getting tougher. LOL I've had the ST now for almost a month with no regrets! Good luck with your decision!

General Chat / Partial battery charge????
September 22, 2020, 07:07:32 AM
I have followed the battery charging recommendations in the owners manual. My question is can I do a partial charge without hurting the battery? I'm down to two bars & would like three or four but don't have time for a full charge.  Thanks for any input!!

General Chat / Re: Bikeroo Senior Saddle or Cloud 9

Thanks for the reply & heads up! I love my RadCity I am just disappointed that Rad did not take saddle comfort into account building this great bike. There is a reason the seatpost is sold out! I find myself taking longer rides with my Rad so comfort is a priority. I am hoping the Cloud 9 will remedy the comfort issue before having to drop another $109 on the seatpost.

I pulled the trigger today on the Cloud 9 suspension. I over analyze EVERYTHING! LOL I enjoy riding my RadCity to much to not be comfortable in the saddle! I am hoping the saddle does the trick before I have to spend $109 on a seatpost! There is a reason the seatposts are "Sold Out"!

General Chat / Re: Most comfortable seat?

I'm looking at the Cloud 9 as well but which one? I'm think the  suspension cruiser saddle because my senior behind has "matured" over the years! Any clarification on the model is appreciated!

General Chat / Bikeroo Senior Saddle or Cloud 9
September 18, 2020, 07:44:21 AM
I recently took delivery of a RadCity ST. I live the bike BUT the seat is like a rock. I am a senior looking for comfort. I am considering at the Bikeroo Senior and the Cloud 9. Both seem to fill the need  for a more comfortable seat. What are any fellow members experiences with these saddles? I am going to try a saddle first in hopes I can avoid the post purchase. What model does anyone suggest? The Cloud 9 has multiple options as does the Bikeroo. There price points are similar so I am looking to buy comfort & quality. Thanks in advance for and suggestions and input! Stay safe!
