Hi guys, i just received my first ebaike, Rover5 2020.
I would like to add the rear rack from RadPower but in the item description it says that it will fit 2016-2019.. Can someone confirm that it will or will not fit ..?

It will fit. If you look at the website it lists compatibly with the RadRover 5 as the first bullet:
This is the new naming convention they are using instead of just going by years which is why the others are listed separately.
