General Chat / Re: Where can I find rim for rad mini

Spoke broke off and can replace from wreck. Looking for a new front tire rim with quick release. Where can I find this?
??? I don't quite understand what you're looking for. It sounds like you want to replace the entire wheel (rim, spokes, hub, and tire) because of one broken spoke. Is that correct?

I have doubts about the rear rack on the Radsters.

They say they're "Integrated, 55 lb (25 kg) carrying capacity", but they don't look like they have much (or any) bracing against fore & aft movement. Not like the RadWagon and RadRunner models.
There should be something like a bar going to the seat tube.

Now, with "Full coverage aluminum alloy fenders ...", is the rear fender supposed to be rigid enough to provide that bracing?

General Chat / Re: 1UP Bike Rack NOT UP to the Task

Can say after hauling hundreds of ebikes on the QuickrStuff that it is superior, especially for my use case of hauling so many different ebikes. I believe code "ebikeescape" should still get you $25 off - (I get no kickback, just something they gave me to help our audience after we said we'd feature their rack in a video). The 1Up did hold up well in my experience for the 1+ year I used it.

I honestly haven't taken a deep look at the new models as I just found out about them the day before release. Here they are though: https://bit.ly/3InDL2E

Curious about what everyone thinks, what questions do you have? I have all 4 models en route and full reviews will follow. This is the biggest release from Rad in a long time so I'm really excited to get a close look.

should be able to find in any bike shop.  you could try RAD through customer service.  Possibly Area13 could sell and lace one up for you.

Looks like the Wagon got rid of those nightmare proprietary 22inch wheels. Down to 20inch from the looks of it. That?s good news however anyone with the old model is going to have an even harder time finding tires. (Lesson: Never buy a bike with a  proprietary wheel diameter)

General Chat / Where can I find a new rin for rad mini for front of ebike?

from your photo it is the front wheel.  I suspect they hit the brake caliper.  It may be out of alignment.
If you rotate the wheel watch the caliper as the wheel turns.  You can manually adjust the caliper by pushing or pulling depending the alignment need.  Once done make sure you find a clean clothe to whip off your hand oils you put on the caliper.  This is what seems to be your problem that the caliper is pressing on the brake pads.
