Title: Trunk bag mounted on Rad rear rack
Post by: Boycech on July 18, 2019, 08:47:35 AM
Anybody know what bag will work that attaches on the rear rack without having to swap out the Rad Rack I already purchased? I have the pannier bags from Rad but would like to mount a bag on top of the rack that can be easily removed. I know Topeak has one but you have to buy their rack. Thanks!

I believe you can buy the MRI-Denver MTX plates which are then compatible with the Topeak bags though that probably won't save you much over swapping out the rack: https://mri-denver.com/shop?olsPage=t%2Frad-power-bike-accessories (https://mri-denver.com/shop?olsPage=t%2Frad-power-bike-accessories)

Alternatively you could get the strap style bags which is probably the easiest option. I am personally not aware of any bags that fit the Rad rear racks off the shelf though maybe someone else can chime in here.

Thank you! I think I will just go with the Velcro straps. [emoji106]
