The center stand takes a different method to (addressed here already) deploy and is a bit heavier but once deployed it is vastly superior in every way when supporting the bike.

This all sounds so bizarre to me. E-bikes are booming and have been for years. They are the only model of bike to make a good return at bike shops in the last few years.

How can Rad be going out of biz? Doesn?t make sense. Did they over invest in worthless design changes nobody asked for? Did that trike totally flop?

This is all weird for such a market leader.

Yes the stock handlebar accepts standard 22.2mm grips, levers and accessories.

I saw it. I?m a believer. Been using it for a year now. Pulled 3 nails out so far in the rear tire and survived. I use 1/2 bottle in my 20x4 tire. That?s more than I think you need but I like being sure.

I use 1/4 bottle in the front tire.

I don't know how much it'll help you, but here are my settings for a 2021 MiniST2.  My current settings are in the "Jim4" column; the earlier tries are just there for reference, as well as those from some other folks.

I?m curious why the choice of Zero on C5 ?max current? compared to the others?

The others have something other than zero and jim1 started with 10. What?s your experience with that setting?

Rad Modifications / Re: Best Mods for Speed
May 26, 2023, 03:12:37 PM
Yep. That controller is for more amps getting dumped for the hills. For a speed boost a bigger motor will be necessary and that comes with a battery draining penalty. Going 40 mph will take a major upgrade at serious cost. 30mph is more reasonable.

Area 13 has good YouTube vids on that type of topic.

Cool tyre! I wish it could hit 65psi though. Seems we are stuck at 35psi forever. I like hard fast long wearing pressure.

Not being a physics major I would say the biggest heavier one closest to the vehicle and the smaller lighter one outside.

Less stress on the rack for sure.

Also, remember to take the battery?s off and put them in the cab during transport.

Number 1 here was fenders since mine didn?t come with any. Number 2 is a 2nd battery and charger.

Already a 200 dollar price reduction $2,299.00 now with refunds going out to early birds. Would appear they came in a bit to hot.
#43
The price is way up there for what you get compared to the regular RRunner. The key shorting electric al drama still hasn?t been addressed and the ?10%? extra torque is not enough for me to recommend purchasing it. Some will like the Hydro brakes but I don?t ride in wet sloppy slush. Cable actuated discs are darn powerful as it is.

Looks like you need a new rim. The hub and spokes are mostly fine.
