Sounds like you just need to do a derailleur adjustment. I had this with my Rover 6+ as well. Rad suggested I try this on my own or take it to a bike shop. I took it to the bike shop. not too expensive and I had the bike back in an hour. The Bike shop and Rad said this is to be expected on new boxed bikes that have never been assembled or adjusted before.

Those models have already been updated. Rad is probably just trying to sell out of existing legacy inventory.

Rad's forks are made with springs and there is no fluid in them. If they are leaking you may have gotten water in them or over-lubricated them. Just wipe them down and you should be all good.

Rad has chargers in stock, but not listed on the webpage. just call or email and they can get it ordered for you. these are the new Charger for Semi-Integrated batteries that will work with all the current Rad bikes.

I just ordered brake pads for my rover 6+ from Rad. they were not listed on the website so I called in and they have a lot I was told. they are on the way they were $5.00 for a set.

Hi, thanks for responding, bummer, I went with Rad because of their bike service/assembly options.
Can you post the numbers and where to buy them? I will buy both the motor and controller in that case. Still easier than selling current bike and rebuying in the US and biking across which is possible just a big hassle if there are service issues etc.

rad won't sell US parts in Canada. you would have to have a US address/account to have them shipped. They will also tell you that you will void the bike warranty by installing these parts. You just need to write or call in to Rad set up a US account, ask for the parts and hope for the best.

Mostly from the mobile service but also a few here and there all around the company. Product Support lost only 3 or 4 folks if I heard correctly. It was a great company to work for, sorry to have to go, but now off to bigger and better things.
