Not just EBR but other YouTube reviewers are making the same claim about power and hills.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have one on order and thinking of canceling it and returning my accessories.
  I've read three different reviews and not one has been good.
   Then when you voice your concerns on Rad FB groups the fanboys start hammering you.

How's it compare to other stock Rovers ?

That's not what wanted to hear. I can understand pedaling. But I don't want to bust my balls going up a hill. What's the point of spending all this money.
   I'm seriously thinking of canceling my order.
I really liked the looks of it.

Don't you just love it , you order the new 6 plus and they say shipping around September 30 and people are buying in stores now. That sucks. I bought mine a month ago.

Did you pedal at all going up hill ? Or just use throttle ?

Now I'm worried since I ordered none and I'm bigger than you. Main reason is our bike path goes up some big bridges.
  Now what do I do ? Cancel my order ? Order a Aventon?

Well this sucks. I ordered one and I have some accessories and wonder now if I should cancel my order and try to see the accessories. I'm disappointed now.

I ordered the 6 plus , but I'm really torn about maybe getting the Aventon Aventure. It seems to have a lot of features and no speed lock out and more powerful motor and bigger battery.
  Plus my local bike shop sells them which is a plus. But I also know Rad has great customer service. But I also live on the east coast and there is zero rad stores. Hard decision for me.

They claim the new motor has more torque than the 5. But the specs show 69nm and the 5 is 80nm. So how does it have more torque?
