Thanks, Beach.  I think I'm going to drop down to ~35 psi or so and see how that rides.  Might do a suspension seat post for a more long term solution.

What do you guys keep your tyre pressures to?   The tyre sidewall says 40-65 psi.  I topped mine up to 50 psi, and the ride is super harsh.  I'm sure it's very efficient, but not exactly comfortable.

I'd live to hear your input.

I recently added turn signals to my RadWagon.  I've got them, as well as the other ancillary lighting on my bike, running off a rechargeable 12v battery pack.

What about, literally, a box?   I mounted a plastic storage tote to the back of mine.  I can get two (or three small) bags of groceries in there.

I have a small rechargeable 12v lithium battery pack I use to power all my 12v lighting.

This accomplishes two things:
1. I can use 12v lighting, which gives me far more options as opposed to 48v accessories.
2. I don't have to modify the bike's wiring at all.

The pack is pocket sized, and sits in a little pouch mounted to the inside of my cargo bin.

A suspension seat post was a first upgrade for mine though!

I put about 10 miles on it today, and a suspension seat post is going to be my first mod.  It's a necessity.

The biggest adjustment for me has been the weight...  It handles entirely differently to my old mountain bike.  the length is also taking some getting used to... I got caught short once or twice making a U-turn today.

She just arrived this morning!  Can't wait to go for a quick spin 'round the neighborhood.
