We just got our RR plus and we had the question. I decided to go with the thule easy fold. It's very easy to take off and put on.

We just just got our bikes last week and we were able to adjust the top speed. We got it from a mobile unit after a test drive, we did not order it from online.

Just got two RadRunner Plus and I was able to change the top speed on both of them.
