I have one and it is great.  Suntour SR SP12 Suspension
I bought mine from Amazon a few years back.  Some say Amazon sells knockoffs, but it preforms great.  Only issue I have is squeaks sometimes and i have to oil it.

Make sure you get the correct size tube.

Choose who has it in stock. Area13 frequently sells out quickly, but they have great customer support.

viewing the product they are the same.  probably same Chinese supplier/producer.

Area13 should have what you need.  they will reply by email but it may take a day or 2 for them to get back.

Quote from: inoxa on May 29, 2024, 06:55:49 AMYou are right.  I had forgotten the original screen didn't allow one to make many changes.  I had upgraded my controller which boosted my performance and allowed me to make individual settings.
My bad, you may have mistaken me to the original poster. I do not have an RR2. I ride a City5+ ST.

My question was in general. I'm still new at this and still fumbling my way around the features of the bike. Sorry for the misunderstanding

no problem.  there are upgraded controllers and screens for your bike.  the upgraded ones allow you to set more features and give you more power and some extra speed.

sometimes Area13 has them in stock.  otherwise i think eletroworld has them.

good luck and enjoy.

When i had noises i would do a major cleaning and that solved my issues.
best of luck.

Odd you don't have much throttle.  It may be wiring or it may be a bad controller.

Area13 has an upgraded controller and color screen that will boost your performance.

I have 6000 miles on my chain for a 2020 rover 5.  I've not had a problem with my chain.

have you checked the setting?

you may have fried the controller.   my guess is the motor is okay.

  • Not necessarily a fault of the bike, but I can't use the large rear basket because it hits my tailbone.  That got returned right away.

Rotate the rear basket 90 degrees and that will solve your problem.  But honestly the large one is too big for most grocery trips.  I can get nearly everything in on the smaller one. [/list]

why not use extensions? they are available.

is the chain loose?  maybe take a link out.

Contact Area13.  buy an aftermarket screen.  you might be able to buy a new screen through them.  I know you can buy a new controller and screen upgrade.  you will get a little more power with a color LED screen.  with the upgraded controller you will have only one screen not 2 as you have now. If they are out of stock, you will be put on a waiting list.

Quote from: bikebulle on May 10, 2024, 02:26:10 PMIs it this one? It says not compatible with Radrunner 1 but doesn't mention Radrunner 2. Does it connect to the original controller?

you should email them.  they can tell you if the Runner 2 isn't compatible.  They are good at responding.

Quote from: John Rose on May 04, 2024, 11:20:08 AMGreen on the charger means that it thinks the battery is charged, and the charging cycle is complete.

What do the LEDs on the battery look like when you press the test button?

The key must be inserted and turned to the ON position.
In this photo Red/Grn/Grn/Grn means it's fully charged.

Manuals from older RAD batteries say battery must be turned off to charge.
