Alternative full fenders for Radrunner?

Hey folks, I'm new here! I live in Calgary, and received my Radrunner in early July. As I'm sure many of you have experienced, I am super frustrated with the inability to order accessories on Rad's site, with nearly everything being out of stock and seemingly never re-stocked. I'm on the mailing list to be notified on certain items, and I haven't been for anything. I understand there are supply chain issues due to the pandemic.

Living in Canada, I need the full fenders for my bike if I am to get full use out of it. I've seen the one list on one of the forums that has a bunch of alternative accessories listed on it, but I only see one fender listed on it, a rear one I believe. Are there any other alternative full fenders for the Radrunner that I could order from somewhere either within or that would ship to Canada? Any advice appreciated!

Amazon.ca has a few options that look close, you might have to get creative if the mounting points don't line up exactly.

These aren't cheap, but they are metal instead of plastic

It looks like that front fender will bolt right up to the stock mounts. The rear fender has the front mounting slot like Rad uses, and although it's not a full fender (5/8ths?), it comes pretty close.

Hey I'm in Ontario and I just ordered these from China, will update when I get them on there.

I suspect you aren't half as frustrated as Rad is. You do realize there are supply chain issues, right?

If a company makes a factory fender for a their bike, you buy their fenders. Nothing is worse than fenders that rattle or fit funny. I bought the fenders for my RadRunner 1 when I ordered it and the fenders are excellent quality and worth the wait.

Maybe if you are handy you could use some Kyvex and mold/shape your own? It is a thermomorphic plastic type stuff and it is easy to fabricate with. Also the black PVC pipe (or white) can be shaped and manipulated in a similar way. I use a heat gun or off the boil water for the Kyvex type stuff and a brazing torch for the plastic pipe. Both can be cut, shaped, molded and then cold water plunged to set.

I mentioned that in my post, actually, so YES.

Hey, any update on how these worked out for you? Or have you received them yet?
