I almost ordered a new RadRunner 1 during black Friday but ended up buying my old 'Runner 1 back! Im keeping my old 'Runner 1 and put my new E-Lux on consignment. Even with the price increase Rad Power bikes are still a great value. Live and learn I guess.

I cut the seatpost of the MiniST to get the seat all the way down. Still has enough post left to be safe.

If a company makes a factory fender for a their bike, you buy their fenders. Nothing is worse than fenders that rattle or fit funny. I bought the fenders for my RadRunner 1 when I ordered it and the fenders are excellent quality and worth the wait.

My wifes sister has a Mini ST and is in her early 70's. She's short as well. The seat can go really low and the stem can be flipped around to bring the bar reach even closer. She really likes her Mini ST.

Wal Mart sells a wide seat without springs. I forgot what brand but I found them on markdown awhile back and bought 5 for a bike rehab I help out. Now back to full price but still worth looking into. They also sell the seat with no nose. I've hazard mixed reviews on those but ANYTHING is better that the stock 'Runner seat!

All that's popping in my head is motorcycle gloves. See if there is a Cycle Gear store in your area to see what's available. Oh, and REI has a great section in store also. Try on before you buy as not all gloves are sized the same.

I purchased back my old RadRunner 1, the one I had listed on this site for sale awhile back. Gonna see if my friend will give it a try since he could really benefit from a ebike. Might be listing the upgraded display soon.

Somehow I ended up getting the Juiced RipRacer instead. I think the snazzy colors swayed my purchase. I don't mind waiting either.

I bought one for my wifes sister as a thank-you for some home help. A step-thru Mini. I swapped the stem backwards and used a cheap pogo post from a Pedego to get the seat as low as possible but still be comfy. She's short. She loves it but she hasn't been riding it lately. So far its been a little tank and has never given her any issues. She never folds it though. No need to as its just a neighborhood runabout.

Thanks for the info Ryan. Now I need to decide between a 1 or a Plus. I'm in on the pre-sale for the RipRacer by Juiced but the more I look at it I realize that the "Runner fits my needs better. I assume that all the shipping on accessories are still free if you buy them at the time of the ebike? Either way I should be back in the Rad family again.

I might pick up another RadRunner 1. I miss mine. I'll need to purchase fenders, Tannus liners and seat and pogo post again. If I can save a few bucks that'll be great! Kicker is if I order another "Runner 1 I'll ride it for awhile, give it a good shake down (I know all the stuff that needs attention from my prior 'Runner) and possibly pass it onto a friend who could really use an ebike to help him get more mobile. But I really do miss my little 'Runner that I sold. Still a great bargain for the price.

SOLD. Thanks to all those who showed interest in the sale.

I think I have it sold. Will find out for sure this coming weekend.

This will sound crazy but I used to fly free all the time. A cousin was a FedEx pilot moving cargo and they had seating for 6 passengers on the cargo plane. Only bad part was reserving a seat was first-come-first-served. He flies for someone else now. I miss my free flights..... Look into it but 2 co-workers are eyeing it up. I may just ride it in this week to work.
