Did a forum search but could not find an answer. I change flats on both my road bikes using plastic levers or a quick stick. Do you need metal levers to get the smaller 20" tires off or have folks had luck with the plastic type?

I think the Citi is a direct drive motor - they are supposed to be much quieter as there are no internal gears in the hub. Do a search for geared hub motor vs direct drive and you can see the differences
