RadRover / Ortlieb Sport Roller panniers with the stock rear rack?

Hi all -

New RadRover 6+ owner here, working on kitting out the new bike.

I have the Rad rear rack and wondering if it will work with the Ortlieb panniers with the QL2.1 mounts.  It looks like the top clips will fit just fine, but wondering about the lower clip.  Will it secure OK to the rear frame member?
