Thanks for the reply, I bought the motor new already laced into the wheel.  I have checked through my settings but there could of course be something I am missing.  Any suggestions of which settings to double check. ?

If you look at the loose tail end wires , there are 3 large and 6 small wires.  Total 9 in use and are the same colour as the 35 amp controller

I have used the 35 amp controller with the Bafang 250 and 750 motors and it works very well but as you are aware uses the push fit z916 connector.  The G063 has the red L1121 plug that you show. I kept this plug screwed together  and joined the end tail wires to connect into the 35 amp controller wires as they are the same corresponding colour and same amount of wires.
The GO63 will turn slowly and noisily then stops.

Polskicowboy, I have the later model Bafang G063 1000 Watt motor with the red plug connector.  I have tried to run it with the KT 35 amp controller but it don?t like it.

Rad Modifications / Bafang G063 1000 watt motor

Just installed this on my Mini 4.  Can any of you knowledgable people advise me of a controller and display to connect to this.

As far as I know the Bafang 1000 and 750 are quite different. The 1000wont fit in the 750 hub body and they have different screw fixings so won?t line up. What?s more the 1000 motor has the cable exit on the opposite side to the 750.   There is no sealant holding it together just the screws. Pry/lever it open.

I bought one of these for my mini 4 it?s just arrived with the wrong connector plug so I can?t use the cradle. I ordered it to match the original connector to Rad bike.
The 52 volt battery won?t fit if you have a rear rack mounted and if I find a way to get around that problem it looks like I will need to modify the front of the rear fender to create a bit more room.

Same bike here. I dropped in the Bafang 750 motor to replace the 250 motor, and changed to the 35 amp controller. Same top speed as you are getting.

My stock front light stopped working with the 35 amp controller and so did my tail light, but the rear flashing light and brake light still work.  35 amp controller still works fine.

Interesting and a good price. Can you connect two batteries of different voltage, or do the voltages need to be the same. ?

Wow, good mileage. Getting your money?s worth out of that bike.

The 750 swap into the 250 casing is a direct swap. I did the 35 amp upgrade at the same time. Contact Gareth at Big Game Bikes.

Your problem is the extra weight you carry is too high up and too far back.

Thanks
What size has any of you got dialed in for the 20" wheels ? I put 20 in the settings and it's topping out at 20mph
You should be able to get 23/24 with the 35 amp controller
