Hi Doug!

Thanks for following up and offering your constructive feedback.

We understand that it may be frustrating when you are attempting to purchase an item, that may seem to be out of stock often. We are working on that and apologize if it has caused you inconvenience; especially if you may have received notification that it was back in stock, only to go on our site and see that it is once again sold out. These situations arise with items that are in high demand, but we are doing everything we can to make sure these continue to be in stock for you.

We take your feedback to heart and really appreciate hearing what our customers are looking for in our products and services. We'll do our best to ensure that your suggestions make their way to our team so we can continue to improve the Rad experience for everyone.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any other feedback, questions, or concerns. I'm all ears!
You are also welcome to check out our Help Center for quick answers to common questions anytime.

To Rad power bikes

Let's correct something, I have had a notify me by email when in stock since...September 2020 over a year!! I have never gotten an email saying it was in stock. The US site has been in stock since spring 2021 and shipping in 3 days...I was hoping to keep the BS to a minimal...guess not

And they won't let me order the lock off the US site to ship to Canada...BS Rad Bikes  >:(

Thanks

They should make half fenders front and back for these bikes, they would serve the same purpose, look a lot better and this sort of thing wouldn't happen...

Exactly, Another good reason to purchase at a brick and mortar store, if you're standing in front of the store clerk inquiring about your bike, they can't put you at the end of the list no matter how many times you inquire...excellent point Widgets  ::)

But they often can't fix it in a timely manner either,

Yes but it's easier to ignore an email
than it is to ignore a guy glaring at you from two feet away...

That looks like just the thing I need.  Where did you get it?

Just punch the name of it on the side of it into Amazon and you'll find it...

I guess that's the bonus of buying a bike from a brick and mortar store, when it breaks they can't hide... ::)

This doesn't sound good, I think what your describing is the gateway to it falling off...
