Yay, I finally got the desired reply from Rad Bikes (Europe). Yes, it is a Radrunner for the EU market. They said the paint was:

Tiger Powder RAL6003 100% Matte

Hope that helps someone else.  8)

Where can I find these settings?
The only settings I see was the UI Remote for changing the clock/odometer, km/mi, energy consumption etc. that's it. Very minimal

I was referring to the User Manual. Is there a separate user guide?

Thanks for the reply,
I had to change mine at 3000 miles due to cassette and chain noise and slippage, The chain was definatly stretched, and in need of replacement, I do pedal allot and usually only use Pedal Assist on 1 or 2, ocasionally using PA 3 for going up hills, I also weigh 220 pounds, And with gear on the Radrover the bike weighs about 100 pounds,

Hi All,
I have a Radrover 5 bought in 2021 and need to replace the chain again after 4,500 miles, Rad's website is sold out of them, So I need to go to Amazon, DOES anyone know which one to order for a turn key installation? There is too many for sale for me to find the right one, I would like to get a quality chain since I only replace it every 2 years or so.
Thanks, Paul

PS. Posted this in service and repair and got only 1 response from  inoxa, Thanks for the feedback inoxa.

Hi I've recently bought a rad runner 2 second hand and the throttle when turned to full will barely move the bike no matter the assist level ?

Is this normal?

Can I modify it in any way to have max power from the throttle?

Or is something broken ?

Thanks

Quote from: John Rose on May 20, 2024, 11:11:38 AMHow solid is that rear rack? To me it looks pretty precarious perched there with no braces to the seat tube. (Just from looking at Rad's photos of it.)

3M makes an awful lot of different products. What is "clear 3M"?

If you go to Amazon and search for 3M clear protection sheets, you'll have options of various sizes to cut up as you like.  Great for contact points.  I use it on my motorcycles where luggage may be touching the paint.

As far as the rear rack goes, it's plenty stable.  The four bolts secure it well.  As long as a person is careful about centering the weight, there's no issue.  On the larger bike, I don't see many scenarios where it can be used length-wise.  On a smaller bike, it could fit if the rider is tall enough to raise the seat up 4"+.
