Whatever the reason, it's probably the best time in over a year to be buying a Rad bike.  Unfortunately, I can only ride one at a time and I'm happy with my MiniST.   

Happy with my Mini 4 also but after returning my City 3 step thru as being too small and owning a new Mini with the gear drive motor I would love to have the City 5 with the same "engine" as the mini!!  Grrr....  I was planning on ebike kitting out my Cannondale Quick 5 disk bike but selling it now and buying the City 5 makes more sense!!

Uninstalled my HB cell phone holder as last ride if popped out and I ran over my iphone with both wheels!!  Lucikly only damage was aux protective glass i had previously installed.  Phone is staying in my jacket pocket from now on.

  MY S/O is 4 10 and rides both a RAD Mini ST and also has a City 3 ST with no issues.  This is a confidence issue more than anything else.

  Reason I went with Mini 4 versus ST is the seat post is longer on the 4 versus the ST.  MY S/O has the ST and water bottle cage.  Occasionally I add a  fixed plastic cargo box and the Mini 4 is structually stiffer and  stronger so less of a handle bar head wag with weight in the rear. The ST folds up much neater than the 4 when stowing in a 50Gal tote. 

  There is a small bracket attached to the Mini's that you cannot see as it is obscured by the crank arm.  It holds the mini's up when folded  keeping it balanced an the chain ring from resting on the ground.   

  Have had to run to the HW store more than once to replace those POS cheap allen head screws they come with - and much prettier also! ...   :^)

Being a crafty practical type I cobbled together an easy wooden stand from ideas someone else started to see if it works prior to sending off for a store bought maint stand.  A piece of 4x4 and  some 2x4 would suffice with a  few hooks and long wood screws . This is not pretty but could work for those that need to get the wheel off the ground for derailleur, spoke, wheel, adjusting and chain cleaning. I hold it in place much the same way I strapped motorcycles in the bed of pickups and trailers. Maybe it will help someone... :^) We have 5 bikes and the ebikes weigh the most and hardest to deal with. Ugh.

 Have new Mini 4 and while the flashing light works in the rear and it comes on with the headlight turned on, there is NO Brake light?

I've disconnected and re connected all the wires to no effect?  Any ideas?

 That is what my Mini tires say also so I am keeping it at 32!

  I returned a City ST as it was not comfortable, sophisticated, evolved, etc and came home with a Mini 4 that fits me much better but I am very temped to EVOLVE upto the new City 5 with all the new more elegant evolution of the design!

   I think as a RAD mini owner it is a  more elegant choice with more of everything.
