The EU version displays operate differently from the US models, thus I had ot search a bit to figure out how to reset the display, which locks you out after setting 3 and doesnt allow a speed change.  There is a good video on how to get into the EU model display settings to change speeds at the following link:    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o42wBQ8MEzM
