Title: HOW TO PREVENT FRONT LIGHT FROM VIBRATING UP
Post by: asl on April 29, 2022, 03:16:02 PM
I have 120 miles on my Rad Runner Plus.  I have tightened the front light, but it seems to always vibrate to where it is pointing alot higher than it should.  Is there a simple solution to get it to stay in place?  I have had to adjust/tighten it a 1,000 times already. Very frustrating and open to any friendly suggestions. Thank you.

I added one of Rads front racks and attached the light to one of the screws holding the rack - or you could skip the rack and attach it to one of the four screws.  Only issue is that the light will track with the frame and not with the front wheel - not an issue for me,

Go to your local hardware store and buy a rubber washer. Put it between the light housing and bracket. Probably just needs a little dampening for vibration.

AtLarge, that's a good idea. I'm going to try that. My light vibrates downward instead of up like the OP. I agree with asl, very frustrating.
