I just screwed the water bottle holder to the back right hand side of the front rack.
Keep it low enough to clear the handle bars when you take the bottle out!
Works great!

I live in Canada and ordered one of them so I know you can get one. I love the design and was even willing to pay the extra with the conversion to Canadian dollars from US. It would have cost me $90 as the cost plus shipping was $70 US.
I refused to take it when it arrived as UPS wanted an additional $40 for shipping. I told them I had already paid shipping but they said it wasn't enough. So I refused it and had them return it!
