After cycling over 6000 miles, the display on my RadRover 6 Plus reset back to 700 miles. As I'm out of warranty,
does anyone know how to reset the milage back to original correct mileage ? Thanks

Hello - Please advise which tires and which tire company are you guys referring to ? Does the recall effect any other RAD / Bike tires ?

I had the same issue with my Rad Semi-Integrated Battery Pack also not charging.
POSSIBLY this may resolve your issues.
Place the battery inside your refrigerator ( NOT FREEZER) for 20 minutes in order to cool it down, then try to recharge your battery. I believe the ambient summer heat
we are all experiencing will prevent the battery from charging and something inside the battery will prevent any charging if the battery becomes too hot.  OBVIUOLSY while the battery is in the refrigerator make sure it doesn't get wet.

Hello Adam - Interesting, but I was also approved for a new replacement battery 10 days ago and like yours, it hasn't ship yet. I guess their warehouse must be short-staffed. Hopefully your new replacement battery will resolve your issues as the Rad bike is very fun to ride.

Hello - Although Rad customer service has been really great, they are not just going to send you a new battery because you asked. ( JOKE )
In my case, after trouble shooting, they elevated my inquiry to a "battery" specialist and he had me take pictures and video of several items
related to the defective battery and within a week "I" recontacted customer service again and they agreed to send me a free new battery and I received the battery in a week. Also, just wait on the phone and hopefully you will get a response. Also realize that they operate on west coast time. Good Luck

Thank you for your response and I thank everyone else for their help.
I communicated with Rad customer service and once again they were great. After trouble shooting, they were unable to resolve the non-charging issue and agreed to replace the battery with a replacement Rad Semi-Integrated Battery Pack. Apparently because of shipping issues of hazardous materials, they do not want the defective Rad Semi-Integrated Battery Pack returned to them and I was wondering if anyone had any idea how to "POSSIBLY" repair the defective non-charging Rad Semi-Integrated Battery Pack since it was only used five times before it died?  Thanks and good Luck !

Having an issue charging my Rad Semi-Integrated Battery Pack. Battery does not charge.
While the Rad Semi-Integrated Battery Pack is connected to the Rad Battery Charger in order
to charge the battery, the light remains green and does not go to red while charging.
The Rad Battery Charger does work. Any ideas??? Thanks

All three are good choices and in my opinion, the Hollywood Racks is the best of the three. Because of Hollywood Racks popularity, they have issues with their supplies and delayed shipment dates. They also have a cheaper version, the Hollywood Rack Sports Rider HR-1150 for about $500 that may suit your needs. Also with all bike racks, be sure your hitch is of good quality as not all hitches are the same and have it professionally installed. One last point. Especially when transporting two electric bikes at the same time, use secondary safety straps to insure a secure mounting of both bikes to the rack. Good Luck

Kudos to RAD customer service. After RAD customer service determined that my RAD battery was defective, RAD customer service immediately replaced the battery for free without hesitation. Yet another positive review for RAD. Thanks RAD !

Thanks and may I ask, how did RAD verify in your situation that your battery was in fact defective? A RAD representative asked that I send her several pictures and a video of the battery which I don't understand how that would verify that the battery in fact is defective. Thanks
