Are there any Rad owners in Winnipeg, Canada? I am wondering about where to get a RadCity 4 serviced that will not void the warranty.
I'd call around. For the most part ebikes share the same components as regular bikes. So as long as there are no issues related to the electrical components any bike shop should be able to work on it. However, some bike shops don't like working on ebikes they don't sell themselves.
