RadWagon / Replacing the clear plastic wheel shelid
April 13, 2021, 04:01:33 AM
Hey all

Anyone Don a mod to replace the clear plastic wheel Shelids on the rad Wagon 4 ?

I have been looking at options for this a project for the future.

Keen to hear if anyone has replaced them

You don't need to solder any wires. For the radwagon 4 it's a tight fit but goes in plug and play.

It was painful to use before the upgrade. Hitting 16mph and feeling like someone breaked for you.

Like a new toy now !

I need to make a bracket for the 35a controller what have others done ?

I live near a big city and leaving it unattended is just not something I would do in the city centre People steal them just for batteries these days.

Two different types of locks and leaving in open over watched \ cctv area for little as possible is best option.

Hey all, Jimmy from Southampton UK. Radwagon 4 owner imported via the Netherlands.  Loving it but not the EU rules so recently updated to the 35a and lcd upgrade.

She now shifts! Joined off seeing some of Ryan's videos. Already seen loads of useful threads so will be sticking around.

Love this kit but feel the wires are a tad short for the radwagon4

I guess the wood mount is the best option ? Mine is hanging free with about 10 cable ties at the moment.

I presume due to the unique size rad official is the only source ?

Hey guys I am in UK (Southampton) and also have the 35 amp kit fitted on my rad wagon 4. It sure does shift. I am thinking the branded 250w motor never was 250w and more restricted for the EU
