Do you have a PACER account? Can you report back as to which model is involved in the State Farm lawsuit?

I pulled the complaint - there is no specific Rad model identified. The complaint is a form subrogation complaint without much detail. State Farm paid a claim and is trying to recover what it paid out.  The product involved is "electronic bikes and related paraphernalia, including but not limited to the battery pack and its associated charger, at issue in this case (?the product?)." No other description.  Sorry.

Well thank you for investigating! Having read a few complaints in my day - tho never one about an e-bike - I'm surprised they don't identify the model involved. Cheers.

The complaint wasn't a masterpiece, that's for sure.
