i'll be modifying the mount for the collapsible crate to a quick-release version using the m6 knurled knobs gtrz07 mentions in his post.

My riding time is divided between light trails riding, nothing extreme, and urban and bike paths. My ideal bike would be an E-gravel bike. The currently existing ones however are way out of my price range. I went so far as sending a message to Rad asking if they've considered making one.

My questions are has any tried turning the Rover into more of a regular mountain bike for light trail or single track?

How hard are they to assemble? Has anyone got one on the East Coast?

And accessories. What are you guys doing for pedal clips or clipless pedals even?

And just any opinions on the Mission and Rover?

i upgraded my radrunner 1 brakes to the bolton (juin tech) m1 hydraulic calipers.

quieter, smoother and a more positive feel than the stock brakes.

as noted in the bolton video, less than 5 minute install.

the brake kit included 8 nitride m6 bolts with thread lock applied and 2 black cable-end crimps.

infinitely easier to install and adjust than the stock calipers.

though a bit pricey, i would definitely recommend this upgrade.
