Does anyone have pics or designs of a bike stand, probably wood, that will hold your bike while its upside down during tire changes and other maint? That actually worked out.

I have seen a couple comments in threads that folks were going to build something but nothing since.

I use the "Original Handlebar Jack V2" bar stands on my RadMini 4:

A little on the flimsy side for something as heavy as an Ebike but they have worked for me and haven't broken and dumped the bike (yet, I've tried to be careful though). I've had both versions, the new V2s are definitely more stable.

I just replaced by grips with one that have integrated bar ends or I supposed you could just put bar ends on you existing setup.  I have them point higher than the LCD so that when I flip the bike over the only thing that touches the ground in the bad ends.

These are not what I have, but something like this: https://amzn.to/3j332mJ

I've built one of my own years ago. Some Angle Iron, some pipe, a little welding.   It was a bit goofy.  I needed to do a v.2.  I just forgot about it. Show a friend with a welder a commercial one.  They can do it easy.
