Deflopilater
« on: March 18, 2021, 11:53:51 AM »
I installed the deflopilater on our brand new Radwagon and a day later the bolt on the downtube stripped out and was pulled right out of the tube. Has anyone else had this happen? Has anyone ridden the bike much with out it? Seems unnecessary...

I will have to get out the tap and die set I guess.

Cheers

I don’t think the deflop is
Necessary at all.  I contemplated not putting mine on and now taking it
Off.  I think the the reason for
It is to keep the wheel straight while loading the bike so it doesn’t fall over on its side - otherwise it makes no difference as far as steering when riding.
