Did the noise stop?

I'd advise picking up a torque wrench just to make sure your rear wheel is properly torqued. The bolt shouldn't work its way loose if it's properly torqued.

RadCity / Re: ECO mode details

Regen, the 'power feeding back' operates when braking is applied, and that's available in all PAS modes. Slightly apply your brakes when rolling and you should see the wattage increase in response.

"ECO" is the label to used represent power assist 2. Each power assist level represents a limit to the amount of power used to provide assistance when pedaling.

I know bolton sells a kit, they've been out of stock for some time now. https://boltonebikes.com/collections/motors-and-kits/products/radcity-and-radwagon-26-1500-watt-motor-kit

Any update on this repair yet. I have a 2018 rad rover and they said I need a motor replacement. My motor works fine it's just not registering speed. I only have 175 miles. I know how to get the motor apart and can solder just fine. Does anyone know what wire is the speed sensor?

Maybe this will help get you pointed in the right direction: https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=73399

RadRunner / Re: Tire fell off while riding downhill

Never dropped the front wheel. But once I could feel it a little loose once day after moving it in my car. Usually try and pop a wheelie a little bit to see if the wheel slides around (not recommended).

Mind the increased stopping distance when towing of course.

Huh, never heard of those before.

I'm sure it'd be fine. Probably recommend a model with a geared hub motor such as Rover ST, or Wagon 4 for better performance.

I'm having the exact same problem, did you ever figure it out? Do you have any advice?

Easiest thing to do first is check the battery fuse:
https://radpowerbikes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002324673-Battery-Fuse-Replacement-Guide

Check your cable connections all around as well.

When my bike had a no start issue it ended up being the display components. Replaced that as well as the pedal sensor and everything was working normally.

Since parts are in short supply right now you can also look at an aftermarket display+controller:

I did buy one of those for my RadCity as a temporary solution while waiting for the factory parts.

I think at this point you'd be better off buying a radmission and selling it after your parts come in.

RadCity / Re: Rad City ST 3 front fender

Probably easiest to remove the fender with the front wheel off, but not impossible. The front wheel does have a quick release.
