General Chat / Re: Partial battery charge????
October 23, 2020, 02:11:32 PM
Just saw on the Rad site on Battery Info that stating charging at partial battery levels promotes longer life than charging a depleted level.
" A full charge cycle is from completely empty to completely full. Discharging the battery halfway and recharging back to full is only half a charge cycle. You can discharge the battery 50% and charge it back up to 100% twice to equal one complete charge cycle. If you only discharge the battery halfway before recharging normally, your battery will last for twice as many trips!"

I found a Suntour suspension 27.2 seat post at 350mm length.  Is this too short for a 5'11 rider with 32 pants inseam?  Also have a Cloud 9 seat on hand.  Radrover 5 expected delivery in 3 weeks after ordering. Thanks.

General Chat / Re: Lets track delivery schedules

Ordered Radrover 5 Oct. 7, transferred to Fedex Oct 23 with tracking number, estimated delivery Oct 28.  Shipping route from Washington to Georgia.  Hoping for a 3 week process.  Was told a November delivery when ordered.

And its odd they say delivery in early November when Black ones ordered earlier are late November.

General Chat / Re: Why no hitch hoist rack?

Yes, wish I had not sold my similar Black Widow dirt bike ramp from Discount Ramps.  I called them about mods to their product for this market and they blew me off.

General Chat / Why no hitch hoist rack?
October 13, 2020, 02:12:18 PM
In consideration of all the $150 hitch sliding and swivel hoists for hunters to load 300 lb game in trucks, has anyone seen or made a similar product, with a bike carrier instead of the wire mesh platform?  Seems like a market for roll-on loading of dual e bikes.   Tried a forum search.

Hello all, Mudder here (David).  Pleased to have found this forum as advice from fellow owners is the best.  Just ordered a Radrover 5 to help enjoy retirement around Chattanooga, TN.  Looking forward to this addition to my outdoor wheeled hobbies with delivery in November.  Thanks in advance to Members.
