Radrunner Plus Issue

I have had a couple issues with my Rad Runner.  The first issue I wad riding on a damp tar path and I lost all power to my bike.  The display was still on but not working.  I removed the battery/replaced and the bike started working again.  The second issue has happened a couple times in the last week.  Dry riding on the same tar path and I lose pedal assist.  The display works and it displays the speedometer with no pedal assist.  I use the handle bar switch to turn the bike off and on again and again.  Today I thought I was going to have to walk the bike back home.  I have reached out to Rad support without much luck.  The bike has about 275 miles on it as of today.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
