Title: Rad mini seat tube adjustment
Post by: TerryV6 on March 20, 2020, 06:42:59 PM
We just bought two rad minis.  I've assembled both and love them.  I am 5'8 and I have the post adjusted right up to the line. Then it says  (Warning-dont raise higher or something to that effect).  I could use about another inch higher adjustment.  There is a lot of tubing still in the frame.  Would this really be a problem?  Or is a longer tube needed? Thanks...

Definitely buy a different one. I have seen seatposts snap off and ruin the frame of the bike if you use it beyond the stated warning line.

So, is there a post recommendation?

I'm not an expert on seatposts but I'd look for something that is just longer and has some decent reviews. A good place to start would be 27.2x400 (the stock one is 350mm)

Here are some options:
