TLDR: Are all five pin battery connections the same?

We?re embarking on an international move and according to the information we received from the movers they cannot ship lithium batteries despite our household goods being transported by boat. So, I?m in need of a Radwagon 4 battery, but Rad doesn?t ship them overseas.

Basically, the options I am left with are to order something from Amazon Japan like the photo so I have to ask: are all of the round five pin battery connections the same? Ideally I?d like something that drops into the current battery tray on my Radwagon without too much fuss.
