As a youngster we used a lot of CO2 for airsoft pistols and I have learned to hate them for their single use purposes. But I do agree that they are a lifesaver when you are in the middle of nowhere and no airpump.

For some reason the pictures didn't upload to my post. It's a custom made solution that uses a basic horn (Amazon link). Then there's a 3D printed case that houses the charging circuit and battery.

There are lots of products available that offer a turn key solution of this, I just wanted to make my own.

Ah. It all makes sense now.

I carry a small manual pump that mounts under my water bottle holder. I don't recall it being too much effort to pump up a 20" fat tire.
A CO2 cartridge seems to me the poorest choice, if you have a chronic leak. What do you do when it runs out?
At home I have an 120V AC-powered pump for the cars and the bikes:

And, since I can never trust the gauges built into pumps, an inline pressure gauge with a handy little bleed valve:

What? Completely deflate the tire, push the bead in along a short section, pull out the part of the tube with the hole (if you know where it is). Patch it, push it back in and re-inflate.

- Custom Self Powered and Charging Horn
Very nice for getting car's attention. Custom 3d printed case that attaches to the front rack mounts. Charges with the USB port on the display. This took a while to figure out. It has a small 500mah battery that is kept topped off by the USB port using a small LiPo charging board. The button is wired to power the horn from the 3.7v nominal battery, which powers the horn. The horn is rated for 6V, so it's not as loud as it could be.

It looked like any ordinary horn. thanks for the extra info inside the unit. I will definitely buy one since it can be a standalone unit. I might even wire one up on my coworkers office chair.

I also liked the look of that shifter.

That ain't necessarily so.
I shave with razors that are 50-100 years old, they out-perform modern cartridge and disposable razors, and (most amazing of all) you can still get blades for them, at a cost of a penny or two per shave. I have a few modern ones too, but they're styled after the vintage ones and have interchangeable parts.
My 40-year old electric kitchen stove is primitive too but you can still repair it.

I just noticed that the automatically-added "Rad's New Lineup Is Here" final post is gone now.
Not that I'm complaining.
